Great light - questionable in the rain

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This headlamp is light and the beam is very uniform. I like the switch lock - prevents the lamp from being turned on accidently. The only negative: there no gasket of any type on the battery compartment; so I'd be a little reluctant to wear this in anything more than a light rain.
