I liked this, but had to return as the L was just a little too big, and there were no more of my usual Ms available. Very well made, lovely color.

Not as form fitting as I would have liked; would have returned the large (I'm size 8-10) for a medium to fit tighter but I don't think it's useful without something underneath it for warmth so the larger size works out. Very lightweight and packs easily; best use is windbreaker over insulation layer or long sleeves. Feels rough next to bare skin.

I will use this jacket all year round in the UK as my windproof layer. It is lightweight and has a small pack size so I can stow it in my rucksack when I am not wearing it. With the addition of a warm hat and a pair of gloves I find it warm enough for hiking in almost all of the conditions I encounter in England. I also carry a paclite shell for when it is really wet but the Mammut Rash Jacket keeps me dry for longer than I would ever have expected from a softshell. A great jacket!
