Mammut

Purchased this item based on the recommendation of a friend who had purchased a similar Mammut item. I bought it from Sierra Designs after doing a fair amount of comparison shopping, and the purchase has exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a lightweight shell for hiking, camping, and general travel and casual wear use. This item fit the bill and came at a great price. It fits well, is comfortable, functional, and attractive. Very pleased.

Got these for my husband (tiny feet) had to return for a size smaller. don't forget it's uk sizing too. Thrifty yankee and only wears one pair of shoes for everything. He's gone through so many other approach style shoes in only a few months (fabric tears, sole falls off, etc) He LOVES these ones, and they haven't died yet. He loved them so much I got a pair for myself- different colors- nobody even realizes they're the same shoe- and I'm loving them too. Had to return for a smaller size also. Probably one of the best approach shoes out there.

Despite the fact that my size was not available, I purchased the next size larger (10.5) and these boots have exceeded my expectations. Even though the boots are slightly too big, they work well. In my profession, taking care of your feet is crucial and these boots fit the bill. They are great for everyday wear and are ready for any type of terrain I encounter. The quality is top of the line and even though the hot part of the summer is not here yet, I have found that these boots breath well and hold up to tough terrain. When worn with the Smartwool Merino Wool socks, my feet are thanking me at the end of the day.

I really like these pants. They fit well just below the waist, but not low enough to allow for any "muffin top". Plenty of pockets. The wanted the lime green, but was sold out in my size and got the curry. I am surprised that I actually like the color. A bit weird, but will stand out on the slopes. Good for being seen by ski buddies. The pants run on the small side of the size chart, but not drastically so. If between sizes; go up.

Very comfortable with minimal breakin. Tough as nails and very supportive. More of a heavy duty boot, but could be used for everything from multi day heavy loads to wear around town. Great value.

I have a lot of trouble with sizing in Mammut shirts -- sometimes I'm a Medium, sometimes a Large, depending on how snug the fit is. Since it was stretch, I ordered a Large, but there's enough room that I could have gotten a Medium. The sleeves grip gently on your arms to keep them from riding up. The fabric is a nice weight and really comfortable.

These shoes are very versatile.

I got this in the medium sized purple color. A very nice quality thick, but not too thick top. I ordered the medium. For reference I am 120lbs, 35 bust, 27 waist, 35 hips. On me it runs slightly large through the bust, waist and hip areas. Definitely not a tuck-in type t-shirt and MUCH better quality than a standart t-shirt. I imagine this will hold up well as my other Mammut tops have. Thank you STP for another great deal!
