I bought this jacket for a trip to Sweden. I haven't gone yet but have worn the jacket. It is very comfortable and lightweight and will be easy to pack. I am 5'7" and 125 lbs and am broad shouldered. I ordered a Large because I like these kinds of jackets to be a little big for layering. It's a little boxy in the body for me and I probably could do a medium but I'll keep the large. Sleeve length is ample. Zippers are good.

I purchased this jacket from Sierra two winters ago for winter bicycle commuting in New England. It has held up to the test as well as general winter wear and hikes and has replaced my down jackets due to its warmth, versatility, durability, and light weight. I am pondering buying another to have for years to come! It does have long arms, which is perfect for me at 5'8" but may be tough for a petite person.

Solid Mammut construction. Stout, comfortable harness. Runs a little small. Medium size just fits. Should have purchased a large. My waist size is 33. Perfect for beginning climbers, especially in the gym. Can't beat the price for a quality harness. One quibble though. The right side gear loops are set more forward than the traditionally placed loops placed farther back on the left side. It kind of drives me crazy. Would be lessened by purchasing the correct size.

I've always wanted to try Mammut and their quality is definitely unsurpassed. This jacket is so light, but warm and comfy. However, I went by how Mammut sized their jackets and they appeared to run small, so I bought a larger size and found myself swimming in it! Even tho it's big, I plan to keep it because I really love the jacket and at my age I can get away with a larger size!!! It doesn't have to be form-fitting! STP prices,fast delivery, and service are hard to beat.

This is one of the main problems with shirt manufacturers, not all sizes translate well across with regard to how much fabric each manufacturer decides is necessary to maintain whatever reputation they want their products to be associated with. Labeling this shirt as "2XL" is false advertising, it fits like a large or medium teen shirt, not a man's shirt. Not all manufacturers scrimp on fabric, but one has to be wary of certain trends in cutting corners, then labeling a medium or large shirt as being twice as large as it's actual size indicates. Unless you're really skinny and weight less than 200 lbs., this shirt will be too small for you if you're middle aged and have a typical gut of a middle aged man.

Shirt is nice, fabric weave makes it a little on the "compressive" side.. not a compression shirt.. but it felt about 2-3 sizes too small

The best hiking softshell that I've ever found! I use this as my outer layer for winter hiking over just a base layer top. It's extremely lightweight and has full 2-way underarm pit zips for maximum ventilation. I also love the hood and thumb loops. The fit is not too tight, but fairly athletic and good for layering. It folds up small in my pack and weighs about half as much as most other softshell jackets.
