Closeouts. Icy-cold steering wheels and all-around cold fingers are a thing of the past in the four-way stretch comfort of Manzella's Commuter gloves, featuring warm synthetic insulation, soft microfleece in the palm, and water-resistant soft shell at the back of the hand.
Reviewed by Corgigirl from New York on Monday, March 11, 2013Absolutely love these. Wish I had purchased them sooner. They will a nice addition to my winter work wear next winter. The fit is perfectl
Reviewed by Minnow26 from Boston on Thursday, March 7, 2013They are way cool looking. They claim it is windproof and I find them to be quite drafty, and actually much larger than I would have hoped for. They extra-small is too large for my hand and they keep sliding off. I do like the full suede palm as it makes driving easier.
I will keep these an an extra pair in my glove box.
If you have somewhat larger than usual women's hands, you might like these.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by 3dvizwiz from Boulder, CO on Tuesday, February 26, 2013Nice,warm, and the sizing is spot on! (I have big hands...)
Verified Buyer Reviewed by PrueSF from San Francisco, CA on Tuesday, January 29, 2013wish I had ordered a size down
Verified Buyer Reviewed by WR from New England on Monday, December 31, 2012These gloves are not particularly warm. They might be fine for sitting on a bus or train, but they are not good for working outdoors or driving.
The micro-fleece material does not grip very well, and is even worse when it gets wet with snow. The thumb area is poorly designed, the 'sort-of grippy' micro-fleece does not cover the ball of your thumb, so you are trying to grasp things with slippery soft-shell fabric instead.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Alaskan Skijor Chic from Fairbanks, Alaska on Saturday, December 15, 2012I live in Fairbanks, Alaska and am an avid skijorer & dog musher. I needed a glove to wear while loading the dogs in the truck, harnessing, etc. that was warm enough for temps around zero or colder but allowed for enough dexterity to handle the dogs - these are perfect! I now have 5 pairs. They've held up to pretty rough useage too.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Always cold from Wisconsin on Thursday, November 1, 2012I have chronically cold hands (mine are the kind of cold where they're cold as soon as the temp is below 70 degrees...)and struggle to find gloves that protect my hands at all - these certainly do the trick! Great interior lining that's comfortable yet still very functional for driving, cleaning a windshield of snow, etc.
- Pros: Durable, Good Fit Dexterity, Warm, Well-Constructed
