    Last week when the temperature was between zero and twenty degree Fahrenheit, I used the headband and it worked as it's advertised. Compared to the ThermaCheck® 200 Fleece Earband I have from another manufacturer, this one works much better in keeping my ears and forehead warm. BTW, I am a woman and I don't see a problem wearing it. I do have a hat on top of it most of the time, though.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This is supposedly an adjustible headband, but it's too small both for my wife and for me. It barely fits when adjusted to the largest setting. If I had wanted a tight headband, I wouldn't have bothered to buy an adjustible one. The area where the velcro comes together is also small, limiting the amount that can be adjusted. The material seems okay. My recommendation is to seek a similar product made by Outdoor Research or Mammut.

    Great for hunting, doesn't get it the way of sighting in the rifle. Can be worned under other head covering. I plan to buy the next warmer size next fall. I have the warmer one now and be nice to get the warmest one also.

    I was looking for something to keep my ears warm while doing winter activities. Hat is sometimes too warm. I've tried some ear muffs last year, but I could not get anything to fit well. I like this head band so much since it got wrap around design. I am planning on wearing it under my knit hat to keep my ears even warmer in a single digit condition!
