Most Helpful 3-Star Review
Reviewed by Maninthehills from NW Conn. on Saturday, November 16, 2013The upper handles make this case thicker and therefore more of a struggle to get in the overhead. The upper/lower stack case design case makes it difficult to zip when packed tightly, and hard to access if you need to get back in there. Good materials generally, but inner straps' (plastic) hardware is brittle and flimsy and easily snaps apart with a typical tightening tug. Returned.
Reviewed by Greg from North Carolina on Sunday, October 13, 2013The material is very durable. I used it 1 week after receiving it and found that it was a bit tough to put in the airplane overhead. I packed the duffel pretty tight and found that it would not stand straight up - i.e. it kept on falling over. I also expected that the wheels would turn 360 degrees - they don't (probably my bad that I didn't read the product description thoroughly).
Reviewed by Walker from Colorado on Sunday, September 8, 2013We took this luggage to our local airport and they said that it was too long (23" with handle) to fit into the overhead bin.
