I wanted something on the bigger side to allow for a medium layer underneath. The 10 was plenty big. Otherwise fits really nice.

Stylish Medium Weight Ski PantReviewed by Ski Mama from Washington on Thursday, August 7, 2014I bought the Marker Jacquie pants along with the Marker Ava, Obermeyer Delia, and Descente Annie Snow Pants. All were purchased in a size 6. I typically wear a 4, but sized up to account for layering. I am 5'6" and 125 pounds, athletic build. I like the Marker Ava and Marker Jacquie pants the best. They both fit well through the hips and the length is good on both. The Marker Jacquie pants are higher waisted, so they will be probably keep the snow out better when wearing a shorter coat. They are fitted through the waist. The waist is a little big, but not too much - I think it would be uncomfortable if it was tight in the waist. They have a good amount of give to the fabric, I was able to squat in them without binding. I like the lighter weight option for warmer ski days. The Marker Ava Pants are thicker so they will be warmer. They sit a little lower on my hips. They have great options for adjusting the waist. The prices are so great, I plan to keep both pair!
