Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by ryan5943 from Madison, WI on Tuesday, November 4, 2014I'm 6'1" and weigh around 250. I wear a 38/32 in jeans and these fit exactly like I expected them to. I ordered the 2xl in acid color that I intend on wearing for shoveling/snow blowing and playing outside with my kids. The waist fit perfectly with no belt needed over jeans. I'd guess they're actually about a 39" waist. With the adjustable Velcro waist they could easily be tightened down to fit a 36" waist. I'm glad I read the reviews and knew they fit a little under or I would have never ordered these. The length is a couple inches longer then I wear in Jeans. Which is perfect for wearing over boots.
The acid color is a little greener than I was hoping, but I do like them. I was hoping they'd match the Canada Goose Kensington Parka in Aurora Green I bought my girlfriend but these are greener.
I'm so glad I found Sierra Trading Post. I was going to buy a pair of Gore-Tex snowmobiling pants for 3x the cost before I found these.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Max Oak from Pennsylvania on Saturday, September 27, 2014The sizing was extremely small. The pants are made well, and I'm sad they didn't fit! To give some idea of the issue I faced, I ordered a size larger than I wear, and they didn't fit.
Reviewed by Tahoe skier from Lake Tahoe on Thursday, January 16, 2014Great price on Gortex product. This product does run small so order one size larger.
Reviewed by Kevbo from The East on Friday, December 13, 2013Purchased these pants as a replacement for my Columbia titanium ski pants. The quality of the material of this pant is very good. It fells more silky rather than the rough feel of the Columbia pants. Tough outer shell, and the lining inside appears to be very warm (not tested yet). It has all the features you would expect in the 200-300 price range. Vents in the thighs, Gore-Tex, zips for the boot area. Personally, I like the velcro adjustment in the waist, and the space in the legs. If you have wide legs, or like to put sweats under your pants, this is a nice pant for you. After trying on other pairs of pants, this pant had the most movement in the legs. The only feature which prevented me from rating this a 5 is if it had some suspenders/built in powder skirt. Enjoy!
Reviewed by Hili McGili from Sydney Australia on Wednesday, July 10, 2013I got the mega green color, which is super bright. I'm a 40" waist and got xxl. They fit well but are about a foot too long. This always happens to us chubby guys I guess. They are a baggier fit and are made from quality materials. I think they'll be good in poor weather. 1/3 of the price we pay in Australia.
