“men or women's jacket?”

“I bought the lilac in 12 (my regular size). The jacket is huge on me and the sleeves are too long. It's also cut odd, more like a men's style: very broad shoulders, large middle, long sleeves. It looks boxy on it and even if I layer (which I tried), I look like a gigantic purple snowball. I am not sure if a smaller size will make a difference since the middle portion of the jacket is more or less OK, it's the shoulders that puff out. The label inside says women's, the tag on the sleeve says men's. Wonder if they ever made up their mind on the tailoring. I am returning, even if I love the color. The jacket has light to medium warmth. Cannot imagine being with it on the slopes all day.”
