“Great ski jacket!”

“Looked for a long time to find a new ski jacket, and in particular a good GoreTex one. I have owned several Marker products and been reasonably impressed so thought I would give this one a try. I have been very impressed with the quality of the build, finish, zipper and absolute waterproofness as demonstrated a recent downpour here. On the ski slopes it is windproof and comfy. It is a heavier weight jacket, not a lightweight hiker super compact one and does make crinkly noise. As others have said here, it does run on the big side but I chose XL since I wanted to be able to wear a fleece jacket or sweater underneath as a base layer and this works great. I am 6'2" 225 lbs for reference. The sleeves are a little long for me 35" shirt length, but I like that since it snugs against my gloves and doesn't let in any snow or cold air. Overall I like it a lot.”
