    I ordered this based on the other reviews that said it was short in the torso, because I'm very short-waisted. Still not short enough for me - it hit me at a very unflattering spot on the low hips. The sleeves were also extremely long, which is ok if you're skiing/boarding, but otherwise would be bothersome. Also didn't have as many pockets as I need on a ski jacket. On the plus side, the material was top quality.

    I ski in Montana, and use this jacket for "in between" temps and for when the snow is wet or there's a snow/rain mix on the mountain. I've used it twice so far and it has been perfect -- it was especially nice on the high speed lift as the jacket is quite windproof.

    Great jacket for skiing. I have had issues with longer shells riding up at my hips... but this jacket is short enough that it won't be an issue, yet long enough to include an effective snow skirt. Wish it had better outside pockets...

    The sleeves run a little long, but that is perfect for me. I usually have trouble finding them long enough. Wore it skiing last weekend when it was 10 degrees and stayed plenty warm with just a base layer with it. It was nice to stay warm without all the bulk!
