Jacket arrived exactly as per display on the website. Comes with loads of extra features we didn't even realise/need but will use. The fold away hood into the padded collar is a nice touch. Would definitely buy again.

A Goretex jacket for under $100 (even less with coupons) is a great deal. However, several issues are making me want to return the jacket. First, the picture is not accurate - there is a white Marker logo on the chest and on the lower back, white "goretex" lettering on the arm and the side of the body and the hood has a bright red zipper seal, which you don't know about because the image is just of the front. There is no pocket on the arm, which is nice for RFID passes (there is one at inside lower hip). The snowskirt has no clips or loops to keep it attached to your pants - and it's a loose elastic so I expect it will ride up easily. The arms are on the short side, and the body is too wide around the middle. The pit zips are good, also has chamois for goggles. The inside pockets are OK - one has a small piece of velcro to keep shut - I prefer zippers - and it's a little shallow. I worry things would fall out. I've had better fitting, more utilitarian ski jackets.

How can you beat gortex? Bought matching pants. Should be perfect for most conditions. Size allows for layering.

Great product however I thought it would have more insulation. Will be tested in a few months, pretty sure jacket would be good for skiing in Australia but not in -20 conditions.

While I realize that this jacket is primarily a garment for winter sports, I use this in the rainy, cold season in Oregon which is October through May. While teaching, we are walking and standing for five to six hours so it's the right warmth and is certainly waterproof. It's a little bulky compared to what I usually wear, but I am so happy to have this garment. As an added bonus, the inside pockets make it possible for me to leave my daypack behind.

I wanted a lightweight, non-bulky, warm waterproof jacket for chilly spring coaching of sculling here in New England. This jacket is a skiing jacket (I don't ski) , but it's exactly what I wanted. It's also very nice looking.
