“Runs small in the legs”

“After reading the other reviews, I ordered a size larger than I would of normally. I wear a size 4 but ordered a medium. The fit is unique and I would not say true to size. The waist and hips fit like a medium. The legs however are small around and fit more like a size small. I decided to keep the pants and have the waist altered. After taking the waist in by 3 inches, the pants fit like a small or a size 4 should. I really like the pants following the alterations. If you are a size small with incredibly thin legs, then the small should fit.”
