Used this for rainy days working on a farm, kept me dry and mud rinsed off fairly easily. Fit was fine for me, but I didn't care how I looked either. They are definitely not meant to flatter or be stylish.

These pants are constructed well and will provide a nice wind and rain block on cold and/or rainy days. The legs seem to be quite wide, but was not a deal breaker. Let's just say they are roomy, which is okay as I will be layering underneath. I am 5' 8.5" and ordered a medium. They are long enough for me, but might be a problem if you are taller. I ordered a second pair at this great price as I plan to use them camping, hiking and more regularly on cold mornings back home.

They wouldve been perfect for my hiking trip but they ran way too big and had to return them.

These are perfect for how I intend to use them: as an outer layer while hiking and walking in rainy, snowy, or cold weather. I have used them quite a few times since I purchased them and the "rustling" noise mentioned by other reviewers doesn't bother me at all. They are a tiny, tiny bit on the short side, which is good for wearing with hiking boots (no fear of tripping on the trail). I'm really happy with them and am glad I bought two pairs so I can have one "in stock" when the first pair wears out. The low price was an extra bonus.

I wanted to use these pants over a wetsuit for additional protection. I was surprised when I put them on how big they were; the legs extended past my feet and onto the floor (I'm 5'4") and they were extremely poofy. I felt like a giant marshmallow. I'd recommend going a size down.
    • Cons: Bulky, Long Leg, Poor Fit
    • Gear Usage: Rafting
    • Inseam: Feels too long
    • Pros: Lightweight
    • Waist: Feels too big
