All the bells and whistle, Bomb proof build, Fully functional
    Cons:
    Odd Fit
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Marker makes a great coat for the money. This coat is no exception. It is NOT insulated, but is fully lined and therefore is relatively heavy for a shell. I am 5'10" 155lb usually wear a M in most things (small in recent patagonia slim fit items like capaline/nano puff). I first bought a size M and it fit like a bag, returned it for a small (really wanted to make the coat work) and it is just a bit too snug. Even the small was plenty long for my 33" arms, just a bit binding in the shoulders (I have skinny arms). If you are a bigger guy and/or looking for more of a "free ride" (baggy) fit this is a great coat. If you are looking for a trimmer fit you might need to look elsewhere. I recommend with caution regarding the fit. Quality looks first rate.

    Pros:
Colorful, Fully Featured, Good front zipper, Hood fits over helmet, WaterSnow resistant, Wind Resistant
    Cons:
    Heavy for a shell
    Best Uses:
    Off-piste skiing, Resort Skiing
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Great shell, although heavier than other shells. Fully featured, with pit zips and powder skirt, along with many zip pockets. The hood is large enough to fit over a ski helmet. Can easily layer up underneath the shell, making it warmer than an insulated jacket. The green color stands out.

I recently posted a review where I thought that the coat did not fit well. As I said, I'm 5'10" 155lb and at first bought a Med which was huge on me, and then exchanged for a small which I reviewed as to small. this was wrong! I kept the coat and just tested it for 4 days in CO with weather conditions in the low teens. the coat actually fits pretty well, maybe I'm just adjusting to the fact that I now seem to wear a small! I wore it with a cap 3 base, R1 midlayer and an STP mountain hardware zonal vest and was just fine even when the wind picked up to 25mph at 10 deg. I needed the vest at these temps! plenty of movement, no restrictions, breathes well for resort use (too heavy for backcountry). all features performed as expected. No regrets about keeping it. Bottom line: runs a bit big relative to "normal" sizing, so you may need to size down. May just reflect manufacturers adjusting to the increasing girth of America.
