About Marmot 20°F Sorcerer Sleeping Bag - Mummy

Closeouts. Marmot's 20°F Sorcerer sleeping bag is so lofty, you might just wonder if it's down. Overlapping waves of cozy Spirafil insulation eliminate cold spots and keep you warm, and the quality synthetic fill dries quickly when it gets wet.

I used it on a backpacking trip and on a car camping trip. It's comfortable and warm. Easy to stuff into its stuffsack, but the "latch" on the stuff sack cord doesn't seem to hold very well, tends to come loose. the zipper does get caught, so you just need to get the hang of how best to use it. ... • Answer These are not designed to pair with other bags.

    • Answer My bag is not close for me to check currently but if i remember correctly it either has two zippers or the 2 way because when i did use it was able to zip and unzip it from the inside.

Asked on 8/7/2015 1:52:15 AM by backpacker from california
    • Answer I put mine in a Kelty compression sack - size medium (the maroon colored one). It fits perfect and compresses down to 8x13.

  • Question “Does this bag have a water resistant coat in?”

Asked on 10/22/2014 10:45:08 AM by Erin from Washington
    • Answer Good question and I'm lucky we didn't have to test this capability. Last month we were in the CO mountains, night time temps in the mid to low 30's and the bag was warm with just a tee shirt and shorts. It looks like a basic nylon shell that might handle a small amount of water. Or possibly some after market treatment might work.

    • Answer No, not that I am aware.
