No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I can choose whether I want to be cold on the front or the back. There is not enough down for both sides. I was cold around 40ºF, and I think I would die if I used it at 5ºF! Apart form this it looks like it's well made and it can always keep the head warm. I will return it anyway.”
