Reviewed by Meh from Rhode Island on Wednesday, April 18, 2012My boyfriend "borrowed" my last Marmot soft shell jacket so I had to get another. We do a lot of hiking and this jacket is just perfect. We are going to Europe this summer and I think it will be just right. It is a little more dressed up than just a fleece. We won't be taking a lot of clothes so we need something that will look good all the time.

Reviewed by remme from San Diego on Tuesday, March 13, 2012Great lightweight shell for skiing and outdoors stuff, use with a layering piece like a North Face or Patagonia fleece. The sizing runs small, however. I ordered the XL, and I'm a size 46, and it was tight around the chest. I gave that to my kid who's a L, and it fit just fine. I ordered a 2XL, and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are a tad bit long, but for skiing that works great because of the coverage over ski gloves.
