It is not as thick and warm as I had expected. I have another Marmot that is warmer so I thought this would be the same. It is a nice jacket for those 50 degree mornings and easy to store when I shed layers later in the day.

I am 5'11 and 210lb. Ordered an XL and it seems great. Its a shell so don't plan on wearing much under it (could never do a hooded sweatshirt or similar). So far, I'd order one again no problem.

This has good resistance to water and wind. Not recommended for cold climates, unless you use something warmer underneath. My height is 1.85 and weight 88 kilos, I bought the size XL and it has loose fit.
