This is it. I can layer it over whatever I need to stay comfortable, it blocks the wind, and it doesn't trap sweat (gross!). It's not intended to be a rain jacket, but it will definitely block a light rain. I wore it today for a 3-mile run in a downpour and came home damp but not soggy. Black was the only option when I bought mine -- I'm not sure I can resist the new, brighter colors!
