I love the Marmot "M1,2,3" system and bought a coat in every category! I thought it was a gimmick... 3 zones... really? Then I bought my jacket. This jacket truly is as advertised- Marmot is good like that. The correct layering allows this jacket to be even more versatile. If you are an active outdoor person and you are looking for a jacket that delivers the goods- guess what? You just found it. I'm 6'2 210# low body fat percentage and this in an XL is perfect, although I could easily downsize to a large, for a more athletic fit. The arms articulate just right so snugging things up a little wouldn't be an issue. P.S- I live in Minnesota where winter coats are for "go" and not show-we don't screw around when it comes to quality winter clothing.
