Marmot Lander Jacket - Polartec® Fleece (For Women)

My husband bought this for me from STP. I provided him with specific criteria- hand-warmer pockets with zips, no hood, nice look, appropriate for active use (running, cycling). Wow, what a nice jacket! Pit zips and the look are a bonus.

Much more cute than the catalog picture indicates. Perfect weight and soooo comfortable. The pockets close with a zipper and they are nice a soft inside. I own other Marmot items and the durability is exceptional and I'm sure it will be the same for this product as well. I like the jacket so much, I just ordered it in another color.

Bought this for my mother for her birthday. Gorgeous fleece. I have the 100 wt and will be buying this for myself and another for my wife. With everyone under the sun wearing North Face, it's cool to have a quality brand as an alternative that issues the statement "I am able to think for myself".

Its my first fleece so it's hard to compare, but this is thick and plush and I never want to take it off. I plan to wear it under my coat when the weather's really chilly. I feel ready for winter now! I fits me great but runs on thethe small side - probably all the better for layering.

I wear this casually, on hikes, cycle-commuting, and working out in the field.

Perfectly serviceable fleece outer layer. Nothing special navy and no cinch capacity at hip. I returned item as it was rather blah. I appreciate the extra touches in my gear. And a dash of style.

The fleece has a bit of a trim fit and is perfect under a winter coat for another layer of warmth on a cold day. The pit zips are just a little bulky but come in handy on a long hike to avoid overheating.

I am 5'10" and weigh 155, and was worried the fit would be too short at the waist. It is about perfect, and I don't find the underarm zippers to be uncomfortable at all. I will appreciate the venting capability when overheated. The color and quality are super, and the weight is just right--perfect for Virginia in the fall and early winter. There's nothing like Polartec...fleece doesn't come close. Very happy with product. The only con is that the fit does not leave a lot of room for zipping up over a sweater. But other than that, love it.
