“I live in upstate NY. I walk outdoors and like to layer because I don't like bulk or heavy coats. All I need is a base layer this jacket and my Gore-tex jacket and I can walk in any weather conditions. The jacket does tend to run a little short in length, so if you like something that covers down past your waistline this won't. All in all a great product.”
