“I purchased this jacket mostly for snowboarding. I'm 6' 140, and I got the small. It fits very well, and I also enjoy wearing it as a casual jacket. The sleeve pocket,the split and padded chest pockets (for an ipod), and pit zips come in handy. It doesn't have any insulation, but it still tends to keep the warm in. Works will for layering... The material is very soft and almost canvas-like, but it seems waterproof as advertised. I haven't seen the goretex version of this jacket first-hand, but I like the feel/look of this material better than what I've seen on other goretex jackets. I'm glad I chose the MemBrain version.”
