“It would have been the perfect rain pant, but way too small. I don't remember seeing the word "stretch" in the description, but it was definately on the label when I received them. Not sure why you would ever want a stretch rain pant, especially when it is meant to be an over layer. The girl I sold them to is a small, and they were even tight on her. GO BIG, OR GO HOME!”
