Reviewed by Lovin' the Cold from NH on Monday, December 10, 2012The coat is for my almost 4 year old and it fits as I would expect. The hood is more decorative and wind resistant than warm but she'll be wearing a hat when it's cold. It may be too fancy for a toddler's coat but I think a double zip would be nice for when getting buckled in the car. Overall a very nice coat.
