My husband has had one for many years. It's light enough to toss in a daypack or suitcase. Nice slash pockets and pit zips. Marmot quality should last for years. I'm 5' 3" and 125 pounds. The small fits over a light, pile jacket and thermal shirt. Looking forward to wearing it outdoors.

My old Red Ledge jacket finally failed after more than 20 years, and I needed an inexpensive replacement. Sadly, they no longer have pit zips, so I tried this instead. It's beautiful, but it runs small, so I can't wear a heavy shirt under it. As Murphy's Law would have it, it has not rained since the jacket arrived, so I can't speak to its waterproofness. But it folds into the packet and has the pit zips.

Love these rain jackets. Have owned one for years and they never disappoint. Wanted a new, different color and like multiples of these. Wasn't sure about the color on this one (Whitestone), but like it a lot. This keeps me totally dry in a storm, looks good and is super lightweight for travel.

I ordered this after returning the plaid north face rain jacket also on STP. This is much nicer. It is a rain jacket but isn't too "crunchy" and plastic feeling. It is top quality!

This jacket is one to have. Can layer underneath to use in cold weather as well. Great style.

This is a great lightweight rain jacket, easily packable and reliable. I ordered one because a family friend (who is a serious hiker, biker, and rower) recommended it, and so far I am very pleased with the recommendation. The sizing is generous, so you can wear it over a sweater or a fleece. I ordered a L, which is normally what I wear, and it is pretty roomy. If you don't want to wear it over warm layers and want a more fitted look, you might want to order a size down. The color that I got (breeze blue) was as pictured.

Very functional! Haven't tried it out in a true monsoon-like weather, but it works perfectly during Spring downpours. Comfortable and stylish design. Packs into it's own pocket, which is perfect for camping. Great buy!

I have been searching for a waterproof raincoat for a while that was not super expensive. I have had good luck with Marmot and the reviews sounded great. I am very pleased with this jacket. It is very light weight and I love the fit!!! The sleeves are actually long enough for me and the body is roomy enough to throw over a sweater but not too big that its bulky. I am 5"8 average build and I got the medium. I wished I would of ordered this sooner because I had more color choices- settled on an off white. Been thru 2 rainstorms and stayed. Dry!!!

Sizing = perfect fit in small. The side pockets have zippers and flaps over. Love the intermittent velcro on the front flap - beats one long strip. Totally dry in a downpour and a 2-hour drizzle. The hood is slightly less than big enough to cover a cycling helmet but 75% is good enough for me. I feel guilty having paid as little as I did for such a great jacket.
