But the cuffs have elastic drawstrings that alleviate this problem, so I'm not sure what's wrong with those other folks. Worst case, you might look like M.C. Hammer. This was a good buy for me.

Points he likes are the fully elastic waist, dark charcoal color, and the leg zippers. The zips are not all the way up the leg, but they go slightly below the knee which suits his purposes. He said they were quite comfortable as well. I ordered him a large and he normally wears 36 waist, 34 length.

Answer I don't know the exact answer but I can tell you the XL's in my opinion were way long. I am a 32" inseam and these weren't even close to fitting in the length. Maybe 4" too long. Hope this helps.
