“Great windproof and waterproof. Nice colors (pachment?). Only issue is it's a bit snug - especially if you want to layer things under it. Also a bit short. Not good for biking in the cold or rain if you need that extra length but stylish and great for hiking/camping/walking to work in the blustery cold/rain.”
