This pack is AWESOME! Been using it to carry an NC trad rack plus a water bottle and food. Best part about it is the compression straps and waist strap double up to hold a 60m rope. To top it off, it small and light enough to climb multipitch with.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by jono from boone, nc on Wednesday, January 14, 2015the d-shaped opening is a cool feature that allows you to pack like a normal top loading pack or unzip fully to pack like a suitcase. this pack has a very slim profile which is great if you find yourself squeezing thru tight spaces often and, although it doesnt apply to me, I would imagine would be super useful for someone who rides trains, buses etc regularly.
Reviewed by Skier Trash from Colorado on Sunday, February 16, 2014This is a very good looking pack. I instantly starting receiving compliments when I was wearing it. The only reason I rated it a 4* was because I wish it would have had a few more organizing pockets.
Reviewed by jd from Tennessee on Monday, September 9, 2013I bought this to take on a trip. The size is ample, and the construction and materials are great. The straps are comfortable and the pack doesn't move around much at all. The side pockets and straps on the outside are nice, but I found that it didn't have enough organization on the inside for me - I'd rather have gotten something with good pockets for pens, sunglasses, etc. instead of having to dig through bigger pockets for things. But overall it did it's job and I'd recommend it.
