These pants are a good length for 6'6" , 200 pounds, 34" inside leg. Lightweight, comfortable, great for workout, yoga, wearing around the house. Zippered legs make them good for warm up pants that can be easily taken off without removing shoes.

These are a little on the long side, but an incredible material, bought them for my 16 year old and He's 6"3 & they're a little long, the material is so nice He doesn't seem to care.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great running pant
Verified Buyer Reviewed by John from Wyo on Monday, February 15, 2016
Using these to run in the cold weather here in Wyo. They are very light, breathable, and somewhat wind resistant. The work much better than regular sport pants. Oh, and the 35" inseam is a huge plus for for me so I don't look like I am always running in "high water".
  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Comically Huge

I ordered a size M for my 6', average weight fiancee and it looked like he was wearing an XXL. Large both in leg width and length (covered his feet). This is a lot of loose fabric to get in the way of a jog. Had to return!

I liked these pants so well, fit and feel, that I bought another pair.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Tall Guy Pants - XL Fits 34x36
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Yooper from Cleveland on Wednesday, December 30, 2015
As a tall guy, I always have a hard time finding pants with a comfortable length. The Marmot Surge XL sized pants fit my 34x36 needs very comfortably. And these are some really cool pants. They are extremely lightweight, and breathable. I have Marmot running shorts made of the same stretchy breathable material, and I love that these are basically the pant version. And I like the zippered pockets too. It's winter time now, and these are great when worn with a merino wool or other insulating base layer. I will be wearing these all year round, and buying a backup pair.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
