“I'm a transportation cyclist. This layer works as an outer layer for light rain and wind conditions. If it is pouring, I break out the goretex. But most of the time this works for light rain and wind. It is not very insulative, so get your techie layers together underneath for cold weather. For me in Seattle this is a 4-season great piece of gear. The color is visible in the daylight hours to cars, but it doesn't scream flourescent. I llke it very much.”
