Marmot Threshold Jacket - Soft Shell (For Men)

-I marked this jacket as feeling a bit too small because I typically wear a size large in shirts and other upper body clothing, but I had to return the large and order the extra large. But I have found this to be true of many of the technical jackets/fleeces I have owned. They seem to be cut smaller than the typical jacket. That being said I am 6'4" 210 lbs. -I love the jacket, its thicker than some of the softshells I looked at, which is exactly what I wanted. It is very warm.

Fit allows jacket use as a mid layer during cold weather skiing and freedom of movement of shoulders / arms.

I am 6ft 4inches 180lbs and am discovering that Marmot jackets fit much better than other brands. Sleeves are long enough, which is unusual.

Great fit, except the sleeves a bit long, but velcro adjustable. Will take this during hike up Kilamanjaro later this year.

Not a comfortable fit. Sleeves too long. I wear a 32" sleeve, this must have been at least a 34" sleeve. The bottom 1/3 of the jacket was too tight for my taste.

This jacket fits snug like any glove or workout wear should. It is perfect for low pace cold weather aerobic activities. With Marmot's clean cut styling, it can also be worn around town.

I researched many soft shell jacket including the famous North Face Bionic jacket and hands down this is far superior. I have had it since Christmas so i do not know the durability or how it will hold up in the long run. I bought a XL and it fits like it was taylor made. North Face xl was not as comfortable. I got a excellent deal thru sierra tarding post on it.

I found this jacket online right after Sierra posted in online. I knew this was a great value. I bought it for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and he was thrilled. It fits perfect, plus it looks incredibly sharp. I have always been a fan of Marmot and their soft shells are great.

Makes me feel like a rugged handsome man. Love it!
