I thought the tent held up great. Used on a backcountry hunt in montana for elk. More than enough room for 2 avg. size guys. Had 90 degree heat and also 34 degree chill. Was very comfortable and would definitely suggest the tent.

great summer tent, better get a sturdier, heavier tent for windy conditions, love the double entrances and vestibules.

Just got home from a small bike camping trip at samuel p. taylor state park in lagunitas, ca. Tent held up real well, though we woke up with some condensation on the underside of the outer shell of the tent, not a huge deal though. Size wise, it was cozy for my lover and I, I could see this being a great way to seduce a love interest, awkward for less than, and luxurious for a single person. I'm gunna get crafty and sew a footprint, wanted a tent that came with one, but for the price, I figured I could just make one myself. Overall, great tent, great price! Get this is yr not rich!

really nice tent. Easy to set up, takes a couple minutes. A lot of vestibule space. The tent pack would be super small if it wasn't for the polls.

This is a great tent for backpacking or in situations where you need to pack light. It fits in my Ocean Kayak without any trouble. It is really easy to put up and take down. It is definitely too small for more than one person. Vestibules are nice size for gear. Only disappointment is that it was hard to find a footprint. I bought three of these for gifts for my friends... Cant wait to give them to them. Highly recommend this tent.

Took this tent camping in La Push, Washington, the rainiest place in the lower 48. Had a downpour that lasted all night. Woke up in the middle of a 1-2" puddle. The floor of the tent was floating like a waterbed when the water rose from underneath, but the inside of the tent was completely dry. My only complaint is that there's no footprint to fit it. Will have to custom make one, if I want to use just the fly.

I use this tent for hiking with my better half. Marmot is a high quality manufacturer which is clearly reflected in this tent. The pole layout is very stable for wind, and the fly does keep out rain provided it is placed correctly. We had continual rain from the outskirts of Irene, and we had no leaks, even with the two flapped fly zippers which terminate over our bodies, a concern I had that proved unwarranted. Width slightly narrower at the feet compared to the head of the tent. Fly seams should lay over the poles, otherwise you need to rotate fly 180 degrees for proper positioning. The clip on tensioner straps make the tent nicely taut. You should always use a sturdy, waterproof ground cloth to protect floor from puncturing and prevent ground dampness from bleeding through under pressure of body parts. A heavy duty reflective emergency blanket has always worked for us. Missus complained the shoulder room was a tad tight but I didn't mind. ;-) Weight is about 11 oz lighter than my previous two person tent (late 80's NorthFace Firefly) which makes for easier carrying. Two door system makes exit entry less cumbersome and personal vestubiles kept packs and shoes dry even in all night rain. The noseeum net without the fly makes dry nights seem like camping without a tent yet keeps bugs out, even the tiniest ones. The stakes are sturdy and colored orange which makes for easier finding on the ground. The fabric color is an attractive rich pumkin yellow that seems nicer than the photo. This is a five star winner and is a super great deal combined with the coupon discounts available from subscribing to DealFlyer. You may be able to find similarly featured two person tents that are a few ounces lighter elsewhere but not at this price. Our hikes together are usually a few miles over easy to moderate terrain, so that is not an issue for us.

Airy construction which is perfect for hot n humid conditions in the amazon, desert... Bit narrow for two sizable people, but great for 2 average sized people. Large vestibles which make up for that!!!

I wish there were directions on how to use the string and black plastic spacers to tie down the fly to the ground stakes. Still searching on how to use those. Other than that, the quality of the tent is outstanding.
