The exterior too feels very soft, so much so that I felt it may tear at anytime, which of course is not the case. If you're looking for a warm, comfortable and light jacket, look no further.

I use the jacket to run to the gym, go sailing, standup paddle, and as a spare in my truck and pack when going to the mountain. It fits well is lightweight and can breathe. It keeps the wet off me, what more can I say. I like it.

The only way to keep running outdoors is with good waterproof, breathable gear. This jacket fits the bill with good fit and looks and some niceties thrown in, like the patches of soft fabric on the outside of the sleeve for wiping your eyes or nose or whatever needs it. Great jacket and a great deal!
