Closeouts. Quilted of ultralight, smooth and down-proof fabric, Marmot's Verona jacket is insulated with incredibly warm and low-bulk 800 fill power down, and features a long and lean design that flatters while it protects.

I purchased this because it was on sale and I will keep it, but the size chart and the jacket are not in sync. The chest is a size smaller than the rest of the jacket. I am 5'3" and the sleeves are long on me, perhaps they would be normal on a taller person. I can only wear a t-shirt underneath the XS unless I got the next size up, but then I would have sleeves that are not aligned to my body properly because the sleeve narrows at the elbow. The overall length is great because cold air cannot creep up the back and the hood lies nicely when not in use.
After returning the first one ordered because it was tight, the size larger arrived and will be perfect. Since it's summer I have not worn it yet - just tried it on. I am a petite so the sleeves are a bit long, but that can be remedied by turning them up a bit. I bought the jacket for its packability (it folds up quite small, although not into a pocket like the Marmot Quasar), but also for its hood and longer length. This will most assuredly send my other "puffy" coat to Goodwill, as it is too bulky to travel with. If I am less than pleased when I use it and/or take it on a trip, I will edit my rating.
