Very light jacket that feels great to wear on cooler days. Part of the lightness is the lack of a full zipper or pockets for hands. I look forward to many seasons with this jacket.

Reviewed by Ryker from Washington on Sunday, March 3, 2013Very warm with the 800 fill, yet very light too. The blue color is every bit as bright as you might think. My only issue is getting it on, since it is the half-zip variety. I have thick shoulders, so that's probably part of the problem. Overall, solid jacket.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Coat Buyer from Washington DC on Thursday, February 14, 2013I actually returned this jacket, but not due to the coat itself. It was warm for the two minutes I tried it on, but it was a little longer than my hardshell so I decided to get something different. I don't think you will be disappointed in this jacket though and kinda wish I had kept it anyway.
Answer Good question! It’s pretty difficult to accurately gauge the temperature a garment like this will perform in, due to the various factors that affect warmth (insulation, layering, breathability, etc.).
