Martin dingman constructs shoes with great materials. I could not wear the penny loafers because sizing runs large. I hope Sierra gets in others of this quality or that in the line of Allen Edmonds.

Picked up at a pretty steep sale off the normal STP price. I bought these as a more casual loafer for wearing around the house, walking the dog, etc. It actually impressed me how well made it is considering the price, so I am considering adding it to my Sutor & Settantatre/Di Bianco shoes to wear in more business-like settings. The pebbled look is a bit more casual than formal business attire, but it works for just about anything else. A well constructed quality loafer especially at the STP sale prices. Size seemed okay (I ordered a 10.5 and I probably could fit in a 10), but then again, sizing has not really been consistent even within brands for me with many higher-end shoes anyway.

I should have paid attention to the reviews! These shoes run way too big and I even ordered a half-size down. My heels lifted right out and yet the front taper is very tight and feels small. So yes, too large and too small in the same shoe. They went right back into the box after one minute and returned. Too bad, because I have another pair of shoes of the same brand that are favorites.

They seem at least a half size larger than marked but if you can find your fit they are a real bargain.

I read the reviews about the sizing being large so I ordered a half size smaller than my usual size. The shoes are beautiful. A sturdy leather sole, lined in leather, and a pebbled leather outer. The shoes would be comfortable but they are about 3/4 of a size too large. I wear a 9 1/2 normally and ordered the 9 (the last one!) to try out. Unfortunately, it is just a little long. They are comfortable but will probably best fit someone who is between a 9 1/2 and 10 shoe size. I regretfully have to return them for someone else to enjoy.
