    Sent it back, the first view does not show that their are patches on the sleeves and back of the sweater, definitely not the style I was looking for, I was giving this as a gift.

    Good idea with both the donegal material and the "distressed" styling, but cheap materials and poor construction make it an overall disappointment. Although the thread content sounds good, it is cheap thin yarn in a loose weave with teensy little and far too regular salt and pepper fleks. The weave is so thin you can see through it, so when you go cutting holes in it and trying to sew patches in, it makes it about 50 steps closer to the grave. There is abosolutely no elasticity in the ribbing of the cuffs and waistband. Get the real thing for just a couple of bucks at[...]

    The sweater fabric is thin -- as in T-shirt thin. Hold it up to a window and the light comes through easily making it a sweater in name only.
