I am 6'2" 170lbs and the medium fits me perfectly. My sleave length is 35" and these are just right. However; I would recommend rolling up your sleaves - surprise! - the lining is a different pattern than the shirt! Friggin' awesome shirts, I now own a half dozen and they are on a rigorous weekly rotation schedule.

It still fits like a flannel, allowing a little "room to grow", but won't make you look like a kid from the ozarks with nothin' but poppa's hand-me-downs. My girlfriend loves them becauze the fit so well, look so classy(wrap your mind around this oxymoron: classy flannel!) and is so soft. Additional bonus is that the liner fabric bears a different pattern from the external fabric so rolling up your sleeves should give the ladies an unexpected surprise.
