    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Sometimes I can wear a large, other times, extra large, and that is what I tried with these shirts. The material is light,cool and stretchy, but too tight for my liking. Despite the stated size, the shirt runs almost 2 sizes too small! In addition, the sleeves are cut way too short, exposing about half the upper arm. If you like a relaxed fit and more traditional sleeve length (at the top of the elbow)then you should probably stay away from this shirt.
