Marvin Richards Crinkle-Textured Parka - Insulated (For Women)

Besides being TOO shiny for my tastes...a pair of irrelevant flaps extend from the shoulder...which make a busty girl like me stick out even farther..

I am 5'5'' 115 lbs, normally wear size small in everything. I ordered this coat a size larger than I normally wear, a medium, and it is too snug if you are wearing a bulky sweater. I bought this coat to wear in Jackson Hole this winter - where it is COLD. I needed to be able to get it over bulky sweaters or layers of tops/jackets. I'll have to send this one back. If you want a nice stylish coat for business or casual wear this one would be very nice though.

A nice, fun coat, in style a step up from a conventional parka. It seemed plenty warm for our mild winters. However, the proportions of it did not work for my average torso: the waist sat too high to be comfortable or look right.

I needed a coat to go to a cold country. I found when I tried the coat on that it wouldn't be suitable for this, because although it is warm and comfortable, there is no way of pulling the hood or neckline together so that it is narrower and excludes draughts. [...]

I really liked this parka, but had to return it. I'd say it runs AT LEAST ONE SIZE SMALL. I ordered the size L and XL and both were too small. I usually wear a 14. I really wish it fit because it felt and looked nice, especially the silver one.

Since it is not winter, I really can't rate this coat honestly. It appears to be warm. It is very well made and very light weight. The hood is removable. I was torn between ordering a large or extra large, in the end I ordered extra large. I think it runs small,but I would not judge it solely on this review alone. I purchased the xlarge and it fits perfectly.
