MBT Boost Sport Sneakers (For Women)

I now wear the MBT shoes every day and will order more. They actually do what they are advertised to do: keep me moving, even when I have to stand still, which is usually very painful due to plantar fasciitis. They really do exercise muscles not usually used for walking. They really do let me walk faster and longer and with more energy. Quite remarkable.

As a massage therapist I am on my feet all day and I have found that they really do improve my posture and have certainly decreased my back pain. They do increase muscle activity in the legs. I have high arches though, and these shoes do not provide much support in that arena. I just bought a pair of insoles to help with that. We'll see how big a of a difference they make! They are absolutely worth trying though!!

This is the lowest price I paid for all. I like the rocking motion while standing, that is supposed to work on my ab. Need to order 1 size smaller due to the design of the shoes.

I heard about these shoes from an acupuncture doctor because i work on my feet every day. Within a week, i felt a huge difference in my posture and my back was NOT hurting like it usually did after work. I loved them so much, i just bought two more pairs....one as my "dress up" tennis shoes and another pair for walking. Now that i think of it, i should have bought THREE pairs. i've never seen a better price on these fabulous shoes anywhere!! [...]

I will wear these shoes daily. I am a teacher at a community college and walk between buildings constantly.

I'm an aging fitness trainer with degenerative arthritis and herniated discs, on my legs for 10-12 hours a day. These shoes have made a HUGE difference in my pain level at the end of a day. I get a lot of questions about them and recommend them to everyone. Get over the price and BUY A PAIR!

Love MBT, own several pair. Solved my back pain problem with carrying kids around, I think from better posture and lifting technique, you have to do it right or you'll lose your balance! I ordered the Pink Sport, but will return to exchange for larger size. I normally wear size 6 in regular shoes, so a 36 1/3 in MBT (1/2 size larger) BUT this style I need a 37 (size 7), maybe it's just this pair. They seem to measure the same as my other 36 1/3 size MBT's, but maybe they are stiffer or slightly narrower or something...
