MBT Boost Sport Sneakers (For Women)

These do run small. I ordered the equivalent of a size 6 even though I usually wear a size 5 to 5.5 and have a narrow foot. Even though my foot is narrow, these were still very tight in the toes and HOT. Granted, I live in Arkansas and it is hot here, but my feet were hot indoors. I had to take the shoes off while at work to cool off my feet, something I have never done in 20 years. However, the toe area is stretching out with wear, and as a result they are not as hot. Bottom line is this is a problem that will pass. I studied these shoes and reviews for a year before buying them. Some say they are hard to get used to but I disagree. I have had no balance issues. They just feel different, but comfortable, and give a good stretch in the back of the legs and make me stand up straighter. The soles are extremely bouncy. The shoes look good on and add an inch or two of height, which is a good thing for me, as I am only 5 feet tall. If you wear these shoes, get ready for strangers to ask questions about them. I recommend these shoes, but it took about 3 days of wearing them to stretch out the toes and for my feet to get used to the feel.

comfortable right out of the box. was happy that i ordered half size larger, as per recommendation. feels like walking on clouds. shoe is so comfortable. this is my first pair of mbt.

great price. need to order a half size up. width feels comfortable. design and color looks great. feels great out of the box, no break in period.

I really liked this shoe, but had to return it. I took the advice of others and ordered a half size larger. When I received it, it was too big. I had to send it back and get a different MBT style. Let me tell you, these shoes are fabulous. I can feel them working my legs, but thighs, calves, core. I actually look thinner when I'm standing because they make you stand up straight! I love them!!

This is my 4th pair of MBT shoes. It's great, I use it daily for work and shopping.I used to order half size bigger, but this time I had to reorder for a full size bigger.

i find that i stand up straighter with these shoes. Works and strengthens core. I was surprised with the concept of the shoes.

This shoes promotes leg muscle toning.The design is unique due to the curvature and it somehow propel one to walk more and more.I feel very good and got good compliments for my shoes...
