This is my second pair of MBT's - they run very small. I'm a 7 1/2 and buy a 39 in MBT's. They're great to wear on the treadmill especially for incline walking. You can really feel the workout in your butt and calves. I do not wear them for running. Also, NEVER get them wet - they will fall apart.

Pro: Love my posture when I wear them. Everyone notices the "different" shoe and asks about them and you find yourself telling them how you have to order a size, not 1/2 size larger; how they propel you forward and you can walk faster without seeming to; how you can walk the mall and never feel tired. Con: Only one....listen when it says "these run small". This bears repeating.... I would go up one whole size...even in the sandals. I went up 1/2 size and my toes are right at the edge.

These are great core and great gait training shoes. I am a personal trainer rehabbing myself from hip surgeries and these have helped greatly. You must keep your core engaged while walking for best benefit.

These are grate for working at a standing work station.
