“MBT for Plantar Fashiitis”

“I am using this product to walk again after being incapacitated from plantar fashiitis and then stress fractures to my heels. The MBTs allow me to relieve stress to the heels. And because they're MBTs, they force me to stand up straight and use those calves, thighs and gluts. I was a little sore the next day but its a good soreness. At the end of the day my left foot rubs at the ankle and the top of the left foot. But I don't think its the shoe's fault, it's just that my feet swell. So I take them off when the rubbing is too irritating. All in all they are a great shoe. I just wish Sierra Trading Post had more sizes. Actually these were the last hiking boot MBTs on the site. So I felt lucky to get them. Thank you Sierra Trading Post.”
