“I purchased these because I love the MBT sneakers I bought before thru Sierra. MBT shoes align the whole body, you get a great core body as well as hamstring and glute workout. I have experienced no foot, knee or low back pain, that I usually do with other types pf shoes. They are worth the price, you need to buy at least 1/2 size bigger, they run small.”
