I purchased these because I love the MBT sneakers I bought before thru Sierra. MBT shoes align the whole body, you get a great core body as well as hamstring and glute workout. I have experienced no foot, knee or low back pain, that I usually do with other types pf shoes. They are worth the price, you need to buy at least 1/2 size bigger, they run small.

I was sorry that these boots did not fit. I recommended these boots to a friend who has narrow feet. She loves them. She wears them everyday.

These boots will be my walking shoes to and from work every day in the winter. I have been wearing MBT sandals at work every day for a year. The sole og these are a bit flattened after this first year.

MBT boots mean MBT soles with the weight and ankle support of a full scale hiking boot. These boots add to calorie burning, and for the first few wearings result in some soreness in legs--but its all good! This is my second pair of MBT from STP, so you know I am already a fan! Be sure to order 1/2 size larger..I'm a 41 ordered 41 2/3 and both fit great!
