I have had both knees replace, have flat feet and plantar fascitis. Theses are great for all those conditions.

I started wearing MBT's to walk my dogs. Without my realizing it, my legs got incredibly toned and my buttocks started to "lift." Holy cow! All those claims ARE true! As a teacher, on my feet all day - on concrete floors, I've given up worrying about how my feet look - it's about how they FEEL. And baby, these things make me feel great - all day long. Does all it says: helps with posture, encourages walking, wear these to go out to walk a few miles, works your leg muscles, burns calories. Do pay attention and order 1/2 size larger as recommended. My husband and I both have a pair.

My second pair and they work great for getting fit. You don't have to do as much work and they help with my posture, too!

I've had plantar fasciitis/heel spurs for over a year. Injections from the Podiatrist offered only temporary relief. Literally Day 1, I felt some relief. I've had them a couple of weeks now and I have no pain. I call them my Magic Shoes. My spouse (who loves me in beautiful shoes) commented that they were so ugly, they were cute. Additionally, my posture is better and I'm holding my belly in more! For very frail people or those with balance problems, I'd get a medical opinion. Otherwise, go for it. Your feet will be sooooo happy.
